Please refrain from drinking alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours prior to appointment

48 hours prior to your appointment please discontinue use of: Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E and/or Ibuprofen, omega 3, unless medically necessary.

7 days prior to your appointment avoid heavy sunlight exposure that may cause sunburn. Do not use Retinol / Retin-A or other anti-aging / acne creams or apply any serum containing acid.

Please avoid Botox or other fillers, Chemical Peels, Laser treatments 4 weeks prior to your appointment.

If you have any of the following medical conditions a doctor’s note will be required to continue with our scheduled appointment. Heart Condition/Pacemaker/Defibrillator, Diabetes, Thyroid Conditions, Tuberculosis, Cancer, High Blood Pressure.

If you have any of the following medical conditions, I will not be able to proceed with our appointment, failure to disclose these conditions is considered negligent. Allergy to "caines" such as Lidocaine, Bleeding disorder/Hemophilia, Autoimmune disease.

Touch-Up price of $250 is honored 1-2 year post initial appointment (Touch-up price is honored for work previously created by me) This Appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up.

Any and all appointments after 2 years is considered new appointment and no longer a touch-up.

Please note a missed complimentary touch up appointment in the 6-8 week window will incur a $75 set up fee if done at 10 weeks or after.

. CANCELATION POLICY: I understand emergencies happen. Please be open and honest with your rescheduling or cancelations. In order to provide the best scheduling options possible for all clients I require 24-hour notice. You may cancel by contacting me or through the confirmation text via square. In the event that you do have to cancel within the 24-hour mark a $75 fee will be applied. This rebooking fee invoice will be sent via email or text, if it is not paid you will not be able to rebook and future rebookings will be declined until the invoice is paid in full.
