Policies

Please read and review all of the following, if you have any questions or any clarification please do not hesitate to reach out. 

Hair Services

  • CANCELATION POLICY:  I understand emergencies happen. Please be open and honest with your rescheduling or cancelations. In order to provide the best scheduling options possible for all clients I require 24-hour notice. You may cancel by contacting me or through the confirmation text via square. In the event that you do have to cancel within the 24-hour mark a $25 fee per service booked will be applied. This rebooking fee invoice will be sent via email or text, if it is not paid you will not be able to rebook and future rebookings will be declined until the invoice is paid in full.

  • REFUNDS:  I continually strive to give my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are having difficulty with your hair, please let me know within 7 days of your visit. If notified within 7 days, I will be more than happy to help correct the issue at no charge. In regard to color, it is important to follow at home care instructions to qualify for complimentary adjustments.

  • LATE APPOINTMENTS: If you are running late please let me know if you are able. I will let clients know if I am also running late as soon as I am able. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be cut short or canceled to accommodate other appointments. If your appointment needs to be canceled it will incur a no show fee will be applied.
